Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork:

Original works are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of damage during shipping.
2. Prints & Physical Products
For prints or other physical products:

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
3. Damaged Items
